When getting started with Hatchbox for the first time, wait for the server to finish provisioning before adding databases or apps. On some servers like Digital Ocean, this process can sometimes take up to five minutes or more. 

If you try to add something before the server is finished provisioning, you may encounter some errors. You can try again once the server has finished provisioning.
