To connect a managed database to Hatchbox, add an environment variable (ENV VAR) called DATABASE_URL and enter the connection string as the value.

Note: If you previously had an unmanaged database, there may already be a read only env var for DATABASE_URL, make sure to detach your unmanaged database first and remove the read only env var if necessary.
