A failed server log means something went wrong.
If your server is marked as failed, that means something failed to install when your server was setting up. This might be a broken package or simply trouble connecting over SSH.
Here are a few things to check:
1. Allow the Hatchbox IP address through any firewalls
https://hatchbox.relationkit.io/articles/36-hatchbox-ip-addresses
2. Restore the Hatchbox SSH key on the root user if it was removed
3. Ensure the server is running and publicly accessible from the internet
4. If you used a password reset at your hosting provider, you will need to complete their steps before Hatchbox can connect.
You can click on the failed server and click the "Configure" button to have Hatchbox try to provision your server again.
If it fails again, open the logs to see the exact error it ran into. Contact Support and let us know which server is failing along with the error logs and we'll get you sorted out.
